REPORTING TO: Service Manager
LOCATION: Shanghai

I. Purpose of Position

To provide Service on installation, training and mentoring to and for end customers and distributors in the eastern region. Complete the work on pilot sites timely and effectively.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and lead the on-site installation of ATG, STP &VAPOR.
2. Provide on-site training in installation and usage of Veeder-Root products to end users and distributors.
3. Assist project manager to achieve the project targets.
4. Collecting and analyzing the problems on site and submit them timely.
5. Deal with customer requests either remotely or on-site.
6. Ensure current Service Levels are maintained and improved.
7. Provide support in the general sales growth through business development opportunities.
8. Undertake other reasonable duties as deemed necessary from time to time by business.
III. Relationships

1. Build good relationship with external customers at various levels
2. Build good relationship with distributors and service provider
3. Work with project manager to fulfill the project targets.
4. Cooperate with sales & marketing team.
5. Communicate with global service support team.

IV. Measures of Performance

1. Customer acceptance of the service
2. Report key issues and corrective actions to the leadership team timely
3. Good collection and analysis of field data to accelerate product enhancements and fixes
4. Timely evaluation, communication and resolution of product issues found during trials
5. The training result for distributors and customers
6. Safety.

V. Background and Skill

1. Bachelor degree (minimum) with major in Automation or Electronic Engineering, or similar relevant degree.
2. At least 5 years working experience in supporting electrical and mechanical products
3. 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical support
4. Fluent English communication skills - both verbal and written
5. Customer focused and good customer relationship skills
6. Good facilitation and conflict resolution skills
7. Good problem solving skills
