Accountabilities and associated responsibilities
Provide high-level clinical expertise to new and existing clinics in the region.
？ Implement customer care strategy for agreed clinics within the region.
？ Advise and guide company implant teams in agreed clinics on requirements for establishing a successful company implant program.
？ Provide specific clinical/marketing information and advice on surgeries, patient candidacy, selection, evaluation and post implantation management.
？ Deliver suitable training programs tailored to selected clinic’s specific needs.
？ Assist clinics with selection of suitable company implant candidates and ensure understanding of the evaluation process.
？ Provide consultancy and counseling on difficult/challenging candidates and ensure management strategies are developed.
？ Monitor and assess quality of services provided by clinics and address any training needs or implement interventions.
？ Identify potential new clinics and evaluate suitability
？ Assist in the implementation of new products into the market.
Represent company at Congresses and Workshops
？ Prepare and present papers related to company implants at formal and informal sessions.
？ Develop and present training modules for both external and internal use on specific areas related to company implants.
？ Attend congresses and workshops.
？ Conduct information/training sessions for professionals, teachers, parents as required.
Assist with clinical trials and research studies.
？ Co-ordinate clinical studies and assist on research studies with Company staff and clinics.
？ Implement trial protocols, data collection and reporting.
？ Validate new product releases.
？ Trouble shoot new and existing product and provide feedback reports.
Provide clear and concise reports on time.
？ Monthly reports, clinical reports and ad hoc reports.

Key incumbent requirements
? Post-graduate qualifications (Diploma or Masters) in Audiology
? Minimum two years experience in hearing field
? Clinical certificate of competency (ASA or Equiv.)
