Job Responsibilities

Perform full life cycle of Siebel application implementation, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and date migration.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

1. Project implementation experiences for enterprise Siebel accounts in China. 2. Industry knowledge in at least one of the key Industries of CRM, i.e. Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Electronic Manufacturing etc.

3. CRM application functional domain expertise in at least two of the following: Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Marketing, Loyalty, Contact Center, etc. 4. Above 6 years work experience, with more than 4 years of hands-on CRM Consulting or Siebel business analysis and configuration experiences.

5. Solid consulting skills; business acumen and ability to integrate business and technology.

6. Exposure to multi-national cultures, fluent English writing and speaking preferred.

7. Solid industry knowledge and experience in Telecom, Pharmacy, Insurance, Banking or Manufacturing

8. Positive, good team-work

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

10. Good command of English or Japanese location: Shenzhen/Shanghai/Beijing, preferred in Shenzhen

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 6 years experience in hands-on CRM Consulting or Siebel business analysis and configuration experiences.

English: Intermediate

Preferred

Master's Degree

At least 8 years experience in hands-on CRM Consulting or Siebel business analysis and configuration experiences.
