1.Chatting and selling CHEERS products with Taobao customers on-line

3.Provide Taobao customers a CHEERS customer service experience
向淘宝客人提供CHEERS标准的客户服务
4.Technical update for new products on Taobao
淘宝店内的新产品更新
5.Design Taobao so it’s more attractive and fits to CHEERS
以CHEERS风格设计淘宝店，以便让其更有吸引力
6.Work together with sales team to have regular Taobao promotions
定期与销售团队一起做淘宝促销活动
7.Processing orders from customers and organizing delivery issues
处理客人订单并安排配送货事宜
8.Prepare and pack orders for Taobao customers
处理淘宝订单的备货及发货事宜
9.Organize sales data from Taobao
淘宝店铺的销售数据整理
10.Calling back customers to check their purchasing experience

Requirements
职位要求
1.Experience in Taobao Sales (at least 2 years)
至少2年淘宝在线销售的工作经验
2.Willing to improve Taobao sales channel and customer service skills
