Job description
Our ERP consultant in Beijing will work with the support of a team, and help provide our clients with efficient and affordable Information Systems. Their work will include IT solution design, integration, customization and deployment, in an international environment.
Their main duties are:
- Gathering & analysis of customers’ business and technical requirements and objectives
- Gap analysis and recommendations
- Work with R&D team to write functional / technical design specifications
- Design customizations, and manage progress of developments
- Integrate customer’ data
- Participate in configuration, testing, installation, deployment and post go-life support
- Prepare and execute training
- Coordinate with support team
- Generally, be the first level contact between customer and implementation team
Every candidate is integrated in the team through a step by step training in collaborative development tools, project workflows and key architecture frameworks.
Job requirements
Technical Knowledge:
- Good functional knowledge of Business Software (ERP, POS, CRM);
- Experience supporting and implementing ERP solutions and applications (knowledge in ERP lifecycle projects);
- Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Projects);
- Some knowledge of database usage (eg: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle ...)
Business Knowledge:
- Knowledge in one or more of the following fields will be highly considered: Garment, Trading, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Food & Beverage, Services, Accounting (Chinese/International).
General requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- A good command of spoken and written English (this is a must);
- High professional & personal integrity with very high ethical standards;
- Analytical skills & attention to details;
- Uphold strong focus on planning for achieving results;
- Passion to continually learn & acquire business, technical & application related skills.

我们的ERP顾问将和项目组一起在北京工作,为我们的顾客提供高效而价低的信息系统。他们的工作是在一个国际化的环境下完成对IT解决方案的设计、整合、定制和发布。
主要职责:
- 收集和分析客户的商业、技术需求和具体目标;
- 差距分析和提出建议;
- 与研究和开发团队合作,撰写功能/技术设计指标;
- 设计定制方案,管理开发进程;
- 整合客户资源;
- 准备和实施培训;
- 与支持团队合作;
- 通常情况下作为客户和实施团队间的第一个窗口。
每位新员工都会逐步接受协同开发工具,项目流程和关键架构框架方面的培训,成为项目组的一员。
任职要求
技术方面:
- 相关商业软件熟练操作(ERP、POS、CRM);
- 具备ERP解决方案/应用程序的支持和实施经验(了解ERP软件生命周期相关知识);
- 精通办公软件(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Projects);
- 了解数据库应用的相关知识(如:SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle等)
商务方面:
- 如具备以下一个或多个领域相关知识将优先考虑:服装、贸易、采购、制造业、零售、批发、食品饮料、服务业、会计(国内/外)
其它要求:
- 良好的沟通和表达能力;
- 良好的英语书面和口语能力;
- 优秀的职业素养,为人正直诚信;
