COACHING ASSISTANT (Full-time OR Part-time)
ClubFootball is seeking motivated and enthusiastic full-time and part-time Coaching Assistants to join the club’s growing coaching team in Beijing.
Successful candidates will work alongside the club’s FA and UEFA-qualified UK coaches in delivering high-quality coaching programmes to children aged 5 to 14.
Ideal candidates should be lively and enthusiastic, and have a passion for both football and for working with children. Excellent spoken and aural English and Chinese language skills and a knowledge of football are required. Soccer coaching qualifications are preferable but not essential. Experience of working with children and/or soccer coaching experience is advantageous; a desire to develop the love of the game in young players is a must!
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
? Work with the club’s qualified coaching staff to deliver coaching sessions at venues across Beijing.
? Maintain accurate course records and documentation.
? Reporting feedback to management to improve the quality of coaching products and services.
? Assisting in the promotion of the club’s coaching programmes and events as required.
? Attend club events, activities and tournaments as required.
Requirements
? A desire and commitment to be part of the club’s growing local and international coaching team.
? University degree (Major in Sports Studies, English, PR or Communications preferred)
? Fluent spoken English and excellent listening skills.
? A football coaching qualification and/or experience advantageous
? Experience of working with children preferred.
? Reliable, punctual and well-mannered.
? Outgoing, friendly and approachable
? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people of all nationalities and backgrounds
? Good organization skills, and the ability to follow procedures, with a keen eye for detail.
? The ability to inspire young people to learn the world’s most popular game!
