1.在总经理统一领导下，全面负责公司各种订退货管理工作，协调与各部门之间的工作关系，协调与各供应商、合作伙伴的工作关系；
2.深入工作实际、注重调查研究，监督订货人员搞好物资采购工作，严防伪劣产品的购入、杜绝违法违规行为；
3.对每一个业务订单认真评审，确定交期的可行性，对每一个订单评审、监督价格合理性，努力降低成本，为公司争取更高的效益；
4.对每一个供应商资格进行评审和监督，选用相适应的供应商，确保材料品质优良、价格便宜、合理、交期准时、售后服务好，保证公司生产正常运转；
5.要及时处理公司运转过程中出现的突发事件，一切以公司利益为出发点，业务（订单）时效为原则，果断处理好事务，保证公司的正常运转，准时出货；
6.及时掌握物料库存动态，做到物料准时入库、合理库存；公司的新产品开发要及时了解学习，配合工程部门开发，选用合理的物料；
8.确保供应商及时送货，订货人员还必须随时追踪订单的执行情况，针对可能出现的送货延误采取相应的紧急措施，以避免影响公司正常运转的其他环节；
9.在订货的时间和数量上应尽量不依靠人为主观的判断，要与相关部门沟通协调；
10.需要退货时，应该及时与供应商沟通协商，尽量降低退货成本，保证公司的正常利润；
11.负责对所属部门人员的教育和管理工作，认真组织好员工业务技术学习，及时传达布置实施上级管理部门要求，努力抓好内勤部建设；
12.负责所属人员的内部调配和考核，按照有关规定实施奖罚，充分调动员工的工作积极性；
13.搞好所属范围的物资财产保管和安全保卫、防火防盗工作，落实安全保卫责任；
14.负责协调内勤部和商务部、综合部的协作关系；
15.按时完成总经理安排的其他工作。
