职位描述

Key areas of responsibility:
 Sales performance tracking and monitor, sales issue identification, ad hoc analysis
 Sales target allocation and sales force plan for AB and RE2
 Project based sales analysis
 Quarterly and yearly sales bonus analysis
 Routine sales performance reports

Main job tasks:
Sales performance tracking and monitor, sales issue identification, ad hoc analysis:
 Monthly collect and combine all sales data, from multiple angles such as city segmentation, product group, sales team, hospital level, etc. to monitor China’s sales performance.
 Organize and analyze information using industry sources (e.g. IMS, CPA/HH, Industry publications, internet, etc.) to track NN China’s performance in pharmacy.
 According to specific recent sales performance and special market environment, extract relevant data to analyse reasons and factors that leads to extreme performance, give suggestions and alert to sales management.

Quarterly and yearly sales bonus analysis:
 Design and improve sales bonus analysis report, combine SE bonus, special bonus, and history bonus to monitor bonus payout according to bonus policy.
 Sales bonus analysis in terms of paid out vs. budget, bonus distribution compared with achievement, bonus distribution among product teams, monitor the irrationality and extremely situations and give feedbacks to sales management.
 Collect bonus feedbacks from sales and pass it to sales bonus designer, to keep the policy being in line with HQ’s guideline.
 Sales bonus calculation and data cross-check, communication with each region’s coordinator to reply bonus questions.

Sales target allocation and sales force plan for AB and RE2:
 Based on history sales achievement, value contribution, and growth rate, monitor and manage sales target allocation down to province and city segmentation, analyzing target rationality and meet company sales direction and strategy.
 Implement sales target drill-down to sales team and to hospital by product, to test the rationality and feasibility of target allocation, design target drill-down model for sales to adjust and suggestion.
 Integrate sales force date from region’s bottom-up, FTE calculation, and personnel structure, analyse sales force plan for AB, measure sales force difference among regions and give suggestion to sales management.

Routine sales reports:
 Optimize and design monthly target hospital vs. retail sales trend report distributed to regions, to monitor abnormal sales trend by product, by province.
 Monthly target phasing report distributed to regions, to monitor abnormal phasing by product, by sales team.

Qualifications:
(minimum requirements)
 Strong quantitative/qualitative analytical and statics skills and pharmacy common sense
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle multiple requests and meet deadline necessary
 Good computer skills, including PowerPoint and Word, especially Excel
 Fluent English communication ability including reading, writing and speaking skills

Education:
 At least college education, pharmacy, statistics, marketing or computer related master degree is preferred


Professional experience:
 At least 2 years data analysis experience in MNC pharmaceutical company or consulting firm
 Proficient in computer skills and MS office. SPSS or SAS is preferred.
