工作内容:
1、负责公司国际学校物资产品的采购；
2、执行采购订单和采购合同，能熟悉落实具体采购流程；
3、负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
4、执行并完善成本降低及控制方案，对市场材料价格进行调查，并提出价格体系；
5、初步调研评审供应商信誉、能力及产品的性价比并提供广泛的专业资料；
6、落实采购计划的审核、审批，填写有关采购表格；
7、负责与供应商对帐及货款的报销申请工作；
8、协助行政部经理开展日常行政工作，完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、具有两年以上采购相关工作经验, 熟悉物资采购及物流管理，有教育行业行政后勤工作经验者优先；
3、熟练使用各类办公软件；
4、为人正直，吃苦耐劳，工作耐心细致,有敏锐的洞察力，有高度责任感和较强的事业心；
5、具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通，协调能力。
