Content of job: Responsible for CCC daily operation, including inbound call and outbound call handling
Key Responsibilities:
1) Handle and follow up customer inquiry, complaint, repair request and sales lead, especially emergency service support
2) Case or issue escalation according to process
3) Customer Database updating, cleansing and maintaining
4) Mobile phone on duty
5) Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
6) Perform Out-bound survey
7) Generate monthly report and other required reports
Minimum competence:
? Experience from call center related industry
? Strong belief in customer focus
? Good communication skills in Chinese and English
? Good team player
? PC knowledge (Office software)
? Background from Auto industry is preferred
