OVERALL PURPOSE:
负责工厂公用设施的维护与维修，确保系统设备的正常可靠运作。
Responsible for factory utility maintenance and repairmen, ensure facility system running normal and stable.
熟悉高低压系统、洁净室系统、空调系统、冷热水系统、压缩空气系统、纯水系统、废水系统、风机控制单元、风机盘管、排风系统、特殊气体供应、分体空调等。
Family with High/Low voltage system、cleanroom、air condition、heating&cooling system、CDA、UPW、WWT、FFU、FCU、Exhaust、Special gas、Split air condition etc.
定期巡查现场，抄录数据，及时发现设备潜在问题。
Routine site patrol and data record, find potential risk issue in advance.
定期测量环境温湿度、颗粒度，纯水水质，废水水质等并录入数据记录。
Routine environment temperature、humidity、particle、UPW water quality and WWT water quality measurement.
按年度保养计划对设施设备进行保养并记录。
Do equipment maintenance and record it according to annual schedule.
备品备件管理。
Spare parts managemet.
设施设备仪器检验管理。
Utility equipment/meters calibration management.
Spare parts management.
负责小项目改造及供应商管理。
Responsible for small project modification and vendor management.
其他上级安排工作事项。
Other work affairs by management level.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES :

有团队精神。有化工或电子工业工作背景优先。
Team work spirit. Working background for chemical or electronic industry will be preferred.
家住金桥附近的优先
Living near Jinqiao will be priority.
暖通或机械相关专业背景，中专学历或者以上。
Secondary Vocational School Education or above, HVAC or mechanic background
具有基础的机械和电气知识.
Have the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical.
具有设备安装调试和维护工作经验
Have work experience for equipments installation/commissioning and maintenance.
具有无尘室管理经验优先。
Have cleanroom management will be priority.
2-3年工作经验，有外资企业维修经验者优先
2-3 years experience in foreign manufacturing enterprising will be preferred.
有化工行业，电子行业工作背景者优先
Better team spirit, and work together.
会英语听说和电脑使用，有电工证者优先。
