职位描述

A US company with revolutionary energy saving technology for HVAC systems, is opening their China Headquarters in _____.

We are recruiting an energetic individual to lead the company Business Development efforts in China. This includes development relationships with channel partners and potential large private and government clients.

The ideal individual should have a strong technical background in HVAC as well as strong interpersonal skills to work with marketing and sales organization and customers. The candidate must be very organized and able to work without independently.

Job Description
? Work with large accounts sales force to support the company sales and marketing efforts
? Work with large company’s technical team to implement the company’s solutions.
? High level deal closing capabilities
? Support and initiate marketing activities, participate and present in conferences etc.
? Ensure quality and customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level
? Frequent travel as needed

Requirements
? HVAC engineering background and education.
? Preferably with over 10 years’ experience in management of sales and marketing of commercial /industrial HVAC equipment.
? Exceptional presentation skills and sales skills
? In-depth Chinese HVAC Market knowledge
? High motivation and multi-tasking skills
? Business: Able to work with customers and understand how HVAC impacts on their business.
? Individual must have strong verbal and written English communication
