Front Desk Associate
Position Overview
Disney is looking for exceptional Front Desk Associates (FDA) to manage the front office and reception for the Disney English Language Learning centers in Shanghai including following proper internal control processes of cash and bank management. The FDA will make a strong first impression of the Disney English Language Learning Center to interested and enrolled children and their parents. This individual manages the Center’s Front Office and reception area, ensures that the day to day finance operation is running smoothly and coordinates the Center Calendar.
The position reports into the Center Operation Supervisor and Accounting Manager.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Reception Desk:
· Provide a warm welcome for all visitors including prospective and enrolled students to the center and field all in-bound telephone calls.
· Serve as a resource for all callers and center constituents for up-to-date information regarding the Center schedule and other general Center information
· Greet guests, confirm that they have signed in and completed the welcome questionnaire (if they do not have a visitor badge), key necessary data into the center system, and notify the appropriate center staff of the guest’s arrival
· Participate in outside of classroom academic, marketing and center social events as needed
· At the start of the day, turn on computers and projection/television displays in the reception area and ensure that all equipment and videos are functioning correctly.
· At the end of the day, turn off all equipment throughout the facility
· Assist waiting parents and ensure that learners are directed from the Clubhouse to their classroom on time
· Responsible for all incoming mail and packages and ensuring that they get to the appropriate recipient.
· Confirm attendance for all young language learners and contact parents in the case of learner absence and record in the center system.
Cashier Function
· Collect tuition fee and deposit from customer and issue receipt/ invoice to customer
· Refund customer tuition fee and customer deposit
· Bank deposit and cash on hand management
· Petty cash management and staff reimbursement
· Maintain related payment/ refund information in CRM system
· Daily/ Monthly cash reconciliation and cash flow report
· Custodian of bank draft, receipt and Fapiao
· School Inventory management and stock item reconciliation
· Orders supplies as directed by the Center Manager for the non-academic operations of the center.
· Tax affairs
Job Qualifications:
· Pro-active and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
· Able to work under pressure and can accept flexible working time including weekends and evenings.
· Strong English language skills
· Very Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
· Passion for working with children and possessing a strong team spirit

· 迎接访客。对于没有访客徽章的新客户,确保他们填写登记表格,将数据输入中心系统,并通知相关人员作后续接待。
· 参与必要的教学相关的活动、市场推广活动和中心的社会活动。
· 工作开始之前,开启电脑、投影仪和电视,确保所有设备和放映正常运作。
· 工作结束后关掉学习中心的所有设备。
· 为等候的家长提供帮助,确保学员及时进入教室。
· 接收并正确派发邮件、包裹。
· 确认所有小学员的出勤,如有缺席应及时联络家长并在中心的系统进行登记。
收银:
· 负责收取学费和预付款,开具发票/收据。
· 负责处理客户的学费及预付款退款事宜。
· 负责银行存款账户及现金管理。
· 负责小额现金管理及员工报销。
· 维护客户服务系统中的相关收付款记录。
· 负责每日现金对账和现金流月报表。
· 管理银行清单,收据及发票。
· 中心仓储物品对账及资产管理。
· 按照中心经理的要求进行教学任务以外的物资采购。
· 负责税务事项。

· 良好的沟通能力及处理人际关系技巧。
· 能够在压力下工作,能够适应弹性工作时间包括周末及晚上。
