Essential Responsibilities

• Design image HW chain based on X-ray imaging system structure which includes X-ray source, X-ray detector, signal amplifier, gain setting，kV/mA factor adjustment, automatic brightness stabilizer, image display……combine all these components to set up an image system.
• Realize X-ray Exposure Management; look for the best solution in different exposure modules such as normal exposure, low dose exposure, pulse exposure, cine exposure, digital camera, etc. or their combinations in respect of different customer needs for imaging.
• Design image processing algorithm chain or processing architecture, and each individual algorithm module, adjust and optimize the parameters for each algorithm used in the processing chain to get best image quality.
• Analysis each kind of factors used in the HW or SW image chain, look for their best combination of the factors and the best trade off solution between the X-ray dose and image quality.
• Narrow down the problem from system to components to look for any opportunity to get better image.
• Create and introduce advanced algorithm to meet the various customer’s requirements. Trace and study latest technology of C-Arm products, help to establish technology growth strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master or above degree majored in Xray imaging, image process is preferred.
• With good knowledge of electric circuit design and C++ SW design.
• Strong analysis skill in both qualitative and quantities methods.
• Image processing, signal processing, mathematical modeling.
• Rich experience of Matlab/C++/IDL/etc)
• 6+ years in X-Ray or CT product development
• Good skill in English and communication is required;
