Position 研究和咨询项目经理 (Research and Consulting Project Manager)

职责:
- 持续不断的积累对互联网以及所服务的客户的行业,品牌和产品的丰富认知;
- 特别专长于某些行业的网络口碑和社区文化研究,不断整理相关领域的研究成果;
- 深入了解和挖掘客户的新需求,设计和改进研究咨询服务方案, 保证客户的高满意度;
- 带领项目团队提供各类高质量的研究咨询服务,为客户提供各类非常有价值的咨询建议,帮助其营销战略策划;
- 积极带领项目团队参与多个不同行业客户的研究咨询服务和新的业务拓展,完成项目团队年度的业绩指标;
- 积极参与和协助公司的各类营销沟通活动,和业界的各类专业人士广泛交流,达成共识;
- 独立承担各类项目研究报告的演示和研究咨询服务的推介,主动和客户一起讨论中国网络社区变革带来的各类营销战略创新;
- 指导团队成员的研究和项目管理工作,根据公司的各项战略和政策,完善项目团队的人员和业务管理,实现人才培养和发展目标,树立团队精神;
- 参与公司网络口碑研究模型,和咨询产品及服务的开发和完善,积极突破与创新;
- 与其它项目团队积极交流和协作,分享新知;和其它部门沟通顺畅,及时响应和支持;
- 完全掌握公司各类网络口碑分析技术及其原理,能灵活运用技术设计客户服务方案,并不断对技术发展和技术服务提出建设性的意见;
- 积极指导和参与网论资讯整理,行业研究等临时小组,或公司及团队的活动;

Job Description:
? Continually accumulate experience and knowledge of Internet media as well as assigned client industry/brand/product related information
? Specialize in a specific industry's IWOM and online community culture research, and continuously reorganizes the research results of related domain;
? Able to analyze and identify clients new requirements, design and improve research plan and research consultation proposal, and ensure high clients satisfaction levels
? Able to lead project team and complete research project for clients on time with high quality independently, and can provide clients with valuable research suggestion according to the research results, and assist clients in their marketing strategy plans
? Able to lead whole project team participate in consulting and research service to clients as well as business development for different industry, complete the yearly achieve target project team
? Participate in and assist all kinds of marketing PR activities, widely communicate with professionals in this field and achieve mutual recognition.
? Take ownership of project’ report presentation as well as recommendation of consulting and research service, communicate with clients about the innovation of marketing strategy with the development of Chinese online community initiatively;
? Able to instruct team members’ research and project management work, complete team members job design and business management, realize talent self training and development, set up team spirit;
? Participate in research on IWOM model as well as development and consummation of consult products and services, with breakthrough mind and innovation;
? Able to communicate and cooperate effectively with other project teams, shows willingness to share new knowledge; able to communicate with other departments smoothly with prompt response and support.
? Able to master IWOM technique and principle comprehensively and know how to freely use it to meet clients needs as well as giving constructive comment to technological development and service;
? Participate in online information reorganization and industry research groups as well as join in company and team activities, assist marketing communication activities positively;

要求:
- 本科或以上学历,市场营销,企业管理,社会学,新闻学,心理学,广告学,电子商务,计算机信息系统等相关专业为佳;
- 至少拥有3-5年以上相关网络分析或市场研究经验和客户服务经验,且拥有某领域的相关研究专长;
- 对网络媒体及网络产业有非常深入的了解,乐于投身于互联网络研究和创新,拥有浓厚兴趣和持续的研究热情;
- 挚信成熟,果敢坚韧,拥有优秀的项目团队管理能力,人际沟通能力,和人员管理能力,至少管理过3个人的团队;
- 乐观积极,突破进取,勇于面对挑战,适应高压力的工作,以结果为导向,责任心强;能非常独立且创造性的解决问题;
- 优秀的研究分析和多项目管理能力,对自己的研究和咨询服务要求严谨,力求完美;
- 深入解读客户的各类需求,拥有敏锐的商业意识,和优秀的业务拓展能力;
- 优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通表达能力,能用英语自如的拟写,演示,和推介研究成果;
- 良好的电脑应用能力,熟悉对电脑数据库和各类网络工具,熟练使用各类办公软件;
- 经常参与BBS论坛讨论,广泛使用各类网络社会化媒体,和持续撰写个人博客的优先;
- 有汽车、医药健康、金融服务、电子技术、计算机和信息通讯、软件开发、网络游戏、多媒体传播等行业研究背景者优先。
Requirements
- College degree or above, major in marketing, business management, sociology, journalism, psychology, advertising, e-commerce, computer information system preferred
- 3-5 years or above related network analysis experience or marketing research work and client service experience, research specialty in some domain is a must;
- Understanding and strong interest in Internet media and Internet industry, devoted to Internet marketing research innovation with high research enthusiasm;
- Diligent with moral character, good team management ability and communication skill as well as employee management ability as least had experience lead team with 3 person
- Able to innovate with breakthrough mindset, able to welcome challenges, can take on high pressure work, using results as future guidance and take ownership, able to solve problem independently with creativity
- Excellent research analysis and multi-task management ability, be rigorous to self analysis and report, strive to perfect
- Ability to understand thoroughly customer’s needs, keep keen commercial consciousness with outstanding service development ability
- Excellent spoken English & good writing skills, can use English comfortably in writing, presentation and recommending research results is preferred;
- Good computer application skills, understanding of basic database applications and is familiar with statistic software is preferred.
- Regular participation in BBS forums, use network socialization media widely and Blog writing is a plus
- Quick learner with knowledge of particular industries (e.g. pharmaceutical, financial service, automobile, consumer electronics, Information Communication, Software Development, Online Gaming industries) preferred.
