Responsibility:
Work closely with markets to ensure the timely and accurate generation of the APA Sales Analysis team's reports including:
­ MS&S BPR Reports
­ Aged stock reports
­ Sales Performance Reports
­ BoD Q&A preparation
Develop & implement an enhanced demand tracking data capture and analysis to support enhanced forecasting and short-term programming, which will need ability in process management and data digging. Develop benchmark by pilot in India for key ‘Leading Indicator’ data availability & analysis including:
­ Prospects, Traffic, Test Drives & Conversions etc.
­ Dealer Order-bank
­ OTD Pipeline
­ Digital
Improve data management and consolidation by learning the sources from different channels, including data from systems as well as information from markets.
Support APA MS&S, markets, and other APA cross-functional teams with sales data as required including the APA Communications team

Qualifications:
Good communicator – strong spoken and written English, ability to present sales reports & analysis, and strong interpersonal skills.
Numerical & analytical skill - manage, manipulate, and interpret data using Excel and Powerpoint.
Techinical aptitude to quickly develop and maintain a good knowledge of sales data and process in Ford in different markets.
Experience or exposure to sales process will be a plus.
