This position will be responsible for IT Infrastructure support and project related to network, Server, telephony and Datacentre Facility etc at Ford China Shanghai. The IT Infrastructure will include Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, Wireless Network, Voice, Extranet and other network related technology. It also include Server, storage, UPS, Air conditioner etc facilities in Ford Shanghai Data Centre and IDF room.

1. Maintain a strategic understanding of the existing network infrastructure in China and its relationship to the business & Telecom Carriers. Manage vendor relationships within various sections of Telecom Service and Network service to exceed client expectations and technical needs.
2. Maintain a strategic understanding of the existing markets and technology direction in China and its relationship to the business & Ford policies. Ensure compliance with international regulatory network guidelines.
3. Lead junior IT specialist to provide daily operation support about LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN, IP Tel, Voice, Video Conference, Meeting Room, etc.

4. Evaluate current public internet infrastructure in China and provide feedback and input to global expert team.
5. Lead internal resources for optimal network design, server design and adherence to Ford policies. Provide technical consultant to management, peers and JV.
6. Provide server side support on user account management, share drive authority control, application package assignment for all Ford China users. Provide support to QIP, DNS, and printing etc. server.
7. Proactively plan and manage the implementation of network services for Ford entities in China.
8. Lead project team members to implement IT projects which improve and support the business, Involved in IT business projects to implement IT solutions effectively.
9. Adhere to policies, procedures, and related training plans for Ford China Shanghai infrastructure administration, computer room facility management

Requirements:
- Extensive technical and working knowledge experience related OA Help Desk Support
- Be versed in Windows server support and configuration and maintenance on NAS or SAN storage environment
- Be versed in network, telephony support
- Proven work history with a multi-national company; Automotive company an asset.
- Familiarity with IT systems and methodologies, network, telephony.
- Experience of supporting WAN, LAN & Microsoft Server in office operations
- Good communication skill both verbal and written in English
- Inter-personal skills to establish good relationship with business area and/or other IT member.
- Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory, software license compliance, and related documentation
- Service and management experience on OA facilities (eg., printer, FAX, copy machine, projector, Conference Phone, Video Conference)
-Familiarity with Infra network, telephony, IT facility
Experience of supporting WAN, LAN & Microsoft Server.
Good communication skill both verbal and written in English
-Inter-personal skills to establish good relationship with other team.
