Position purpose:

To develop production allocation for China sourced (CAF & JMC)

Job Description:

Develop production allocation for CHINA sourced production to deliver maximum optimization of plant and part capacity. Coordinate and negotiate with AP MP&L and market in allocation process.
Coordinate with plant, market and AP MP&L to ensure requirement and allocation are accurately covered and send to related party especially the supplier, on time.
Support the implementation of a regional process to China new plants (Example JMC) and work with all concerned parties (AP MP&L, CAF Sales, CAF MP&L) to achieve targets as per an agreement and alignment to the regional process.
Support process improvement proposal/ initiatives to achieve effectiveness and efficiency for CAF allocation process that supports both CAF’s objectives as well as AP's objectives.
Support quick turnaround (a few days vs. normal process of 1 month) to reflect last minute changes in requirement, plant/ part capacity and/or allocation direction as needed.
Support ad-hoc analysis request from AP Sales and AP MP&L both in Thailand and Shanghai office as needed.


Qualification:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Logistic or related supply chain degree is preferred.
· 3-5 years' experience in supply and demand planning related functions (ex. Material planning & logistic, production control, sales planning)
· Supply and Demand planning in highly complex products, Production scheduling, Project Management (in system area is a plus), Sales planning, Material Planning and Logistic. Experience in automobile industry is a plus.
· Working for multinational company is required.
· Supply and Demand planning, Production scheduling, Project Management (in system area is a plus) in automotive industry is preferred.
· Material planning concept, awareness of planning tools and technique, specialist in Microsoft office programs especially excel, verbal and written communication skills
· Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, process oriented, can-do attitude, punctual, detail oriented, well-organized, good communication skills, good negotiation skills.
