Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of new business structures for self-insured ESB products to ensure achievement of revenue, profit and loss ratio targets in AP market.
Provide support to research and identify products suited to assigned markets to support growth and business plan objectives.
New product development request check and communication for assigned markets (China Taiwan, Asean, AU, NZ)
Work with finance team on new product pricing, to support markets’ launch plan
Product related terms (plan term, coverage, etc) check, to make sure the product fits market needs
Responsible for the system setup (product code, pricing, contract, testing, production), to make sure the new product launch on time
Support market on product and system training
Resolve system issue (contract registration, price, etc) for assigned markets to support the daily operation
Support the product change/update (modify plan term, code, price, etc) based on market demands
Work with sales team, to support CAF on marketing activities, such as market campaign, dealer survey, sales analysis, etc. Layout the action plan and implement, consolidate the data and give the proposal/report to the market.
Data mining, analyze and reports, for instance, analyze the data for customer loyalty, etc.



Experience and Background Skills Desired:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in automotive industry, background in automotive related general insurance products, extended warranty or other aftersales business is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or business.
• Be a self-starter, with the ability to take responsibility for key business growth and financial studies in support of strategic business initiatives.
• Be an effective communicator, with ability to work within a diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.
