Job Description

The qualified candidate will join Waycom Technical Outsourcing Team as a senior voice engineer. He/She will have opportunities to provide service for different principal clients, mainly providing day to day operational support of PBX system and/or voice recording products. He/She will take the key role in the team. Besides of independent working on assigned tasks, he/she should be able to lead junior engineers in the team. The good performer will have opportunity to take key position in the team, such as technical lead or technical outsourcing manager.

Qualification

Educational background and working experience
Must hold Bachelor degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Must have at least 5 years relevant experience in banking industry as engineer.
Experience in outsourcing company or Multi-National company is highly desired.
Experience in outsourcing company or Multi-National company is highly desired.
Must be comfortable with working in a fast paced environment.
PMP certificated is a top-priority.
Technical skills
Have experience on Nortel, Avaya, Verint, NICE to support day to day operation.

Soft skills

Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
Self motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense on team work, customer orientation, quality and discipline is highly preferred.
