Job description:

As the financial manager in China, you will:
- Ensure month-end closing of local books.
- Work in close collaboration with management in Sweden within a financial scope.
- Perform group reporting (month, quarter, annual, and consolidated accounts) according to IFRS and company requirements.
- Have control of the internal financial activities and staff guidance within the finance department.
- Deliver the documented analysis on financial and management information to the management team.
- Ensure the formation, calculation, and registration of taxes as well as other related tax activities are in line with local tax policies.
- Review project and business P&L.
- Organize and coordinate the annual financial audit of local books.
- Ensure timely and correct calculation of payroll.
- Monitor project billing status.
- Monitor AR collection status.
- Maintain internal time and expense reporting settings.
- Ensure timely completion and authorization of internal time and expense reporting.
- Provide hands-on training to accountants.
- Liaise with local authorities.

Requirements:
1. Tertiary education in accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience gained in a multinational corporation. Qualified CPA is preferred.
2. Priority will be given to those who have handled a full set of financial records and have worked in a consulting environment.
3. Good sense in analyzing overall results, and comfortable in analyzing reports and data in details.
4. Able to work as part of a team and independently, and lead an accounting team.
5. Knowledge of IFRS, PRC GAAP, and PRC business practices.
6. Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin.
7. Familiar with Kingdee, previous experience of Cognos is preferred.
