ArchiBat is seeking a SENIOR CORPORATE / OFFICE SPACE INTERIOR DESIGNER for a LEADING ASIAN INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM to join its office in SHANGHAI. The firm is specialized in office design projects. They offer quality services to both local and international clients.
Job Description:
1) Excellence interpersonal, communication, leadership, project management and presentation skills

9) Good knowledge of construction regulations - Building Control Act, Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act, Codes Of Practices On Buildable Design, Fire Safety Act etc
10) Good knowledge of materials and finishes
11) Good understanding of the internal work flow
12) Sales quota driven
13) Good budget control with costing knowledge
14) Good space planning
15) Good knowledge interior design, construction, architectural, mechanical & electrical and fire & safety codes
16) Good knowledge of Powerpoint, Autocad, 3D Max and Photoshop
17) Good quality control
18) Customer oriented
Report to: Creative Director
Requirements:
- Degree in interior design, architecture and equivalent
- more than 3 years work experience in related projects
- Able to work within simultaneous timeline
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and/or 3D rendering software
- Fluent English and Chinese is required
