Job description

SDC TEAM is focus on BPM and ODM based solution development and services delivery since 2007, and extend to Mobile and Cloud since 2013.

Responsibilities:

1.Communicate with WW stakeholder and work with local team and WW team on the project development and

2.Take responsibility for IBM ODM and BPM based solution/project delivery for various industries, including analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation and packaging

Provide consultant services to external customers, may occasionally be required to travel to WW customer site

4.Lead team and responsible for BPM and ODM asset solution development, engagement and delivery. e.g BPM & ODM DevOps, BPM & ODM Checkstyle and BPM Testing

Required Skills:

1.Solid JEE programing and design skill, at least 5 years development experience

2.Solid JavaScript programing skill, e.g JQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap

3.Experienced with agile development, at least 1 year on scrum or lean

4.Strong technical background and strong leadership, at least 2 year as technical leader

5.Good communication skills, especially with WW stakeholders

6.Creative problem resolution skills

7.IBM product skills on BPM or ODM a strong plus

Bachelor or MS degree, major in CS or equivalent experience
