职位描述
Responsible and accountable for the development of new business accounts and associated goals and targets. Identify new business leads, determine their loyalty / marketing / business needs, and ultimately having RFP / brief from prospect clients and work with the senior ICLP team to win the business.
Key Deliverables:
? New business development plan
? New business pipeline management - Lead development, management and qualification
? Support and implement Global campaigns
Principle Responsibilities:
Lead Management (25%)
? Sourcing, development, qualification, cultivation of new business leads based on business and marketing strategies
? Management of leads and contacts in Salesforce.com
Business Qualification (15%)
? Screening and qualification of new business opportunities
? Frontline articulation and delivery of ICLP proposition and credentials, collection and interpretation of prospect briefs
New Business Proposals (40%)
? Lead the development and delivery of minor proposals to prospects (operational, commoditized services etc.)
? Support major BD pitches and proposal development
Intercompany (10%)
? Act at inter-company account manager supporting inter office BD related requests and proposal requirements
? Manager intercompany billing administration
Internal Support (10%)
? Support client service / other teams as required for existing client
Personal Profile:
? Minimum 5 years of experience within the marketing industry in China
? Solid understanding of direct marketing, CRM, loyalty business, new media marketing including basic technology / platforms understanding
? New business experience, working on pitches and proposals
? Superior written and verbal communication skills
? Advanced numeracy skills and the ability to accurately price, budget and forecast
? Strong and confident presentation skills
? Demonstrated creative problem solving and ability to work with strategic concepts
? Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
? Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress
? Self-motivated & ability to motivate others
? Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
Notes (if any):
The role is positioned as a manager role with an emphasis on supporting the new business opportunity identification, lead sourcing and development of basic decks. It is our intention that the person in this role will grow into a more senior Business Development person who can also sell more complex solutions on their own.
Sales commission / bonus is negotiable.
