职位描述
Responsibility :
1. Maintain and deliver accurate corporate financial data including Maintain efficient and effective processes and Maintain consistent month end close procedures
2. Enhance the coach for all accountant and better design the work flow to complete month end procedures within the given deadline., and continuous improve working efficiency.
3. Prepare and review monthly GL journal and post them in time.
4. Continuous improve B/S account reconciliation process and fully control reconciliation, detailed variation analysis etc.
6. Fixed Assets management including make sure the fixed assets recognize in time and proper depreciation ,and in charge of annual physical count.
7. Review and Check monthly tax return/Tax refund and make sure compliance with local tax law.
8. Keep good communication with local tax office and APAC Tax department to perform tax plan.
9. Be in charge of Hyperion Reporting related work and to make sure Hyperion report monthly closing in time and accuracy.
10. Enhance the communication with peer department, sharing finance advice with them and proper accounting treatment design for new transaction.
11. In charge of COA maintenance to make sure the book compliance with local regulation and HQ’s accounting policy.
12. Ensure completion of appropriate working papers for internal and external audit ensuring audit jobs efficiently and smoothly complete.
13. Provide ad hoc analysis and reports and participate in special projects as required.
Qualification:
1. Eight years accounting experience minimum in an international environment
2. Sufficient knowledge of China Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (PRC GAAP)
3. Sufficient understanding of local and statutory regulations.
4. Communicate effectively across all levels, both verbally and written including Multi-task in a dynamic environment; Organize the above responsibilities towards meeting deadlines; Utilize specific computer software and related computer hardware.
5. Ability to understand and communicate in written and oral English
