职位描述
Job Title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
Reports To: SQE & IQCSupervisor
Department： QA
Purpose/Objective:
To focus on supplier quality continual improvement and to ensure all materials can match the specification and fully support production delivery to the customers.
Area of Responsibilities:
Supplier Quality Management
1. Participate in supplier selection, evaluation, and responsible for daily supplier performance improvement and monitoring. Drive supplier for continuous corrective actions and preventive actions.
2. Handle all material quality issue within production and IQC in time and drive for effective corrective actions and preventive actions with supplier.
3. Drive for continuous quality improvement and help supplier to achieve the defined quality target.
4. Coordinate with related functional teams for supplier wide quality improvement action plan.
5. Make sure all of the implements to supplier management followed internal QMS procedures and compliance to DHR polish.
6. Perform data analysis monthly to figure out the quality trend and communicate details with key suppliers.
7. To handle relative business issue with supplier due to material quality issue.
Person Specification：
1. Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering
2. > 5 years of experience in quality control field and
3. > 3 years of experience in Medical device manufacturing and familiar with FDA QSR820 & ISO13485 requirements
4. Good professional knowledge in optical industry or mechanical industry
5. Experience of SFDA regulations are preferred
6. Good team work spirit and communication skills
7. Good English and MS office skill, familiarity with SAP and Lotus preferred
