PURPOSE OF THE JOB:


Work with Key Account Manager to develop better business model in Ecommerce, meet long-term and short-term sales targets for related categories or customers


JOB Location:


Shanghai 2, Beijing 1



JOB FUNCTIONS:



1. Work with E-Commerce Key Account Manager to develop and implement E-commerce plan, tactics and project based on shopper insights by channel to drive sustainable growth.

  1. P&L management, manage customer spending well in terms of banner/search and price promotion, conduct ROI analysis to improve promotion efficiency, drive more deeper understanding on online consumer insight and behavior .
  2. Analyze and define the account growth opportunities, initiate activities to meet the demand of customers and consumers with well balanced trade spend budget, make proper suggestions to superior for decision making.
  3. Coordinate with Trade Marketing/Marketing/Costumer Service/Supply chain to ensure the best 5P execution on E-commerce, solve daily operation problems, including logistic, payment, after sales and quality etc.
  4. Regular reporting of market intelligence, including market trend of product development, competitors’ activities etc.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

Report to EC Key Account Manager directly

Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Media, Customer Service and Supply Chain team.


External:

Distributor, Buyer/Merchandiser of E-customers, EC Agency

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor or above

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):


  1. 2 years account management experience in FMCG (EC experience prefer)
  2. Highly analytical, very skillful in office excel and PPT, fluent in both written and spoken English
  3. Experience with developing promotion plans and 360 campaign, open minded and collaborative
  4. Very strong on communication and negotiation skill, Very strong commitment to the job, positive motivated and able to work under pressure and cross function team..
  5. Previous experience of managing digital / social media projects (APP, wechat, mobile etc.) is a plus
