Job description

The iERP Mini Master (MM) Administrator is part of a global team and performs data entry and associated end user support to enable labor claiming in the iERP CATS and BMS ILC applications. Job responsibilities include:

Create and maintain data in applications according to documented procedures or under the direction of an Administration Lead/Analyst

Monitoring of Task ID and iERP MM workflow request tool, actioning requests and managing and resolving/referring problems on in a timely manner

Adhere to defined service level objectives

Support and work effectively with other team members

Adherence to business controls requirements and process control points

Highlight issues to Admin Analyst/Team Lead

Perform routine problem resolution and error handling

Perform audit activities and reconciliations according to documented procedures

Provide associated Level 1 end user support

Required skills:

Technical

Lotus Notes/email, basic knowledge

Microsoft Office

Non Technical

Must be process oriented

Proven organisational and administrative skills including the ability to multi-task

Good interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal

Be able to manage deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail, including accuracy and efficiency

Ability to work unsupervised

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 2 years experience in local market experience

English: Fluent

Chinese simplified: Fluent
