岗位职责：
负责部门组织结构的制订和优化，完善客服部门业务操作规范；
负责业务流程、计划、预算等的编制、优化、以及监督和执行；
负责业绩考核、奖惩制度的制订和落实公司考核指标；
负责或安排人员进行线上系统的功能可用性定期检测、汇总和上报；
负责协助用户投诉和内部投诉的处理；
落实部门协调和各项推广活动的配合；
负责部门人员日常管理、培训、招聘等工作；
编制租户流失率分析报告。
上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
性别：女/男
年龄：35岁以下
身体状况：身体健康、五官端正
教育程度：本科及以上学历，有甲级写字楼或综合体管理经验优先考虑。
专业知识：熟悉商务礼仪及物业管理行业知识及法规，有较好的客户沟通与解决问题能力，能独立进行专业相关培训。
工作经验：五年以上客户经营管理及服务的经验
资格证书：相应英语类证书(有物业经理上岗证者优先考虑)
语言能力：普通话，大学英语四级以上，口语流利。
