Responsibilities:
- You are going to manage an optimization team of 8-10 people, helping your clients in mobile games, apps, and e-commerce, to run their mobile advertising campaigns on a global scale.
- On daily basis you have to monitor the campaign statuses and ensure success metrics are achieved.
- You analyze your campaign reports, identify areas for improvement, and proactively prevent campaign underperformance and over pricing.
- You coach your team with your expertise in mobile advertising, training them up to the best campaign specialists in the advertising platform of Google Adwords, Youttube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- You and your team also communicate with sales team and clients, to update them the campaign status, to provide professional suggestions on how to maximize your clients’ campaign ROI. Sometimes, you may even need to help sales team pitching the clients to close the deals.

Qualifications:
- You are an expert in mobile advertising optimization. Through at least 2 or 3 years of intensive campaign experience in your past career, you already acquired strong know-hows of the major advertisement tools, e.g., Google Adwords, Facebook, etc.
- You are a good leader, you have proven track of leading a campaign team in your past career.
- You understand the ecosystem of mobile Internet, have insights about user behaviors on the mobile Internet and are passionate about the SEM and advertising optimization.
- You have strong business sense, and you know the big picture. You prioritize campaigns to maximize overall ROI.
- You have strong capability of data analysis, you understand figures, you know what details to watch in order to get big results.
- You are a good team player, and you know how to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- You speak good enough English, as you are going to cooperate with a multinational sales team serving global clients running campaigns worldwide. Speaking good enough English means you can confidently communicate with clients and co-workers worldwide.
