Job Specific Knowledge:


1. Working knowledge of the latest applicable engineering codes and standards, design practises and design quality standards.

2. Familiar with all design documentation such as single line diagram for HV.LV systems, schematics, hook-up drawing etc.

3. Familiar with procurement support procedure, technical support documentation such as specifications, datasheets, and TBA.



Requirements:

1. Ensure work is carried out competently and effectively, within time and budget constraints, and that project objectives are satisfied;

2. Ensure integrity of work scope and that all work is carried our in accordance with applicable codes and standards

3. Manage design change within project budget and schedule framework

4. Familiar with international engineering and project execution systems/practice

5. Have relevant discipline work experience and familiar with international standard

6. Having international engineering company or design institute work experience is preferred

7.Have design management experience in chemical, petro-chemical projects;

8. Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)

9. 5 years + experience within the Chemical, Petro-Chemical industry

10. Good English and communication skill

-    EPCM
-    Detail Design
-    Procurement Sourcing
-    Project Initiation Service (feasibility studies, environmental impact studies, permitting, cost estimation)
-    Lump-Sum Construction
