BJ Retail Banking - Team Head
(internal grading = Deputy Branch or Sub-branch Mgr.)
Major Accountabilities:
? Management of the retail team
? Ensure all customer related transactions are processed properly and according to customer’s instructions, and both internal and external regulation, policies and procedures
? Customer experience and relationship management
? Immediate escalation of any transactions or situations that senior management should be reasonably aware of such as customer disputes and conflict, fraud, or erroneous transactions that could result in a loss to ANZ
? Cross sell of retail and other ANZ products and services
? Ensure complete and general compliance
? Collaboration with colleagues within the retail China team and other ANZ business units
? Compliance with local and Group AML/Sanctions requirements when on boarding customers and when conducting ongoing review and monitoring on customers by fulfilling responsibilities in Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Customer's Business (KYCB) and Know Your Customer's Customer (KYCC) processes, identification and escalation of (potential) risks and breaches, and conducting relevant investigation if required.
? Attend AML/Sanctions related compliance trainings
? Performance Plan should be updated accordingly to reflect the AML/Sanction responsibilities.
Experience/Education Required:
? A degree in accounting/finance
? English speaking qualification is preferred; Experience working with English first language speakers
? At least 5-8 years working experience in retail banking mainly as sales role, 2yrs or above for small team (5-10 persons) management experience
