北京招聘

1、前台接待（包括来访客人的接待、总机转接、传真机管理和员工通讯录更新）。
2、邮件快递的发送、接收。
3、日常会议设备管理及行政支持。
4、办公室环境卫生管理，办公用品定购、统计、发放。
5、办理新员工入职手续，协助部门主管进行公司员工考勤的记录、统计、监督工作。
6、公司库房的管理
7、内部日常行政事务执行（包括员工名片制作、报刊订阅、饮用水绿植的管理）。
8、协助安排员工差旅行程。
9、做好公司相关文件、资料、记录的保管与报损报失工作。
10、代表公司与外界相关部门和机构联络并保持良好的合作关系。
11、完成部门领导安排的临时性工作。
