Responsibilities:
1. Responsible point of contact for all aspects of projects; Manages day-to-day activities of project, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Responsible for all project deliverables, ensuring on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
3. Definition of project requirements, costs, schedule and profitability goals.
4. Creates and executes project work plans/timelines, revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
5. Reporting project status to management in timely and consistent fashion.
6. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities cross functionally within the organization.
7. Facilitates weekly reviews with customers on project status.
8. Responsible for highlighting and working to minimize any risks/exposure on projects.
9. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately for internal reference.
10. Conducting negotiations and discussions involving internal associates and external customers.
11. Responsible for implementing periodic project reviews and life cycle management processes.
12. Engage with a multi-functional team involving members from a wide range of disciplines from engineering, marketing, sales, manufacturing and customer service.
13. Maintain continuous contact with all members of the project team as well as Boston-Power, Inc. management at middle and senior levels.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors of Science in and Engineering discipline; Master's Degree, MBA preferred.
2. PMP Certification a plus.
3. Knowledge of Lithium Ion battery and/or electric vehicle (EV) technology a plus.
4. Seven (7) years minimum of combined engineering and project management experience required; Minimum five (5) of those years in a lead project management role.
5. Demonstrated management of multi-disciplinary teams and experience with the development of team structures.
6. Technically strong, with the ability to garner respect from a technical audience.
7. Demonstrated collaborative experience, with the ability to quickly develop and manage both internal and external relationships and contacts.
8. Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices, methods and terminology.
9. Adept at managing multiple competing priorities.
10. Must thrive in a fast paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
11. Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
12. Ability to write and speak English at a proficient level
