主要职责 Main Responsibilities:
1. 数字营销 Digital Marketing
1.1 在线营销活动 Online Marketing Campaigns
To build a portfolio of specialized digital marketing & communications agencies.
To develop and implement online marketing campaigns.
To identify the optimum mix of digital tactics to reach out the objectives.
To roll out and monitor campaigns.
To analyze and strive for constant improvement of campaigns' efficiency and contacts' quality.
To report to BI&C and E-shop Management, at least on a quarterly basis.

1.2 社交媒体的维护 Social Media Maintenance
To initiate and spearhead the brand's presence on Chinese social media.
To recommend and set up accounts on relevant platforms.
To create, post and update content on all platforms on a daily basis and in liaison with ePR agency.
To originate special features for the blog of the e-shop on a bi-weekly to monthly basis.

2. CRM管理 CRM Management
2.1 CRM项目 CRM programs
To formulate and implement emailing campaigns.
In accordance with the e-shop management, elaborate clear marketing or commercial messages.
To send by email every week to part of the CRM database to bring former or prospective clients back to our website.
To use a CRM software to send the emails.
To rely on Brand Image & Communication graphic designers to create pictures and layouts to be included within the emails if needed.
To rely on the webmaster for a number of technical aspects such as: HTML writing, sorting and filtering and maintenance of the CRM database.

2.2 分析 Analytics
To measure results of all CRM initiatives, including customer value growth, retention and loyalty, and drive continuous improvement.
To derive customer insights and advice on digital marketing programs.

职位要求 Position Requirements:
1. Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, e-Commerce or Digital Communications. Proven experience in digital marketing and online PR in an agency or consumer-branding environment..
2. 5 years including either 2 years in digital marketing and communications. An additional 2 years in fashion retailing would be nice to have, experience including leading SEO, SEM, display advertising and social strategies with strong technical understanding of the disciplines..
3. Could speak in Mandarin, Cantonese, fluent spoken and written English is a must-have.
4. Good Excel skills, good PowerPoint skills, proficient in PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign would be nice to have.
Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand.
Experience of budgeting, reporting , analysis (Excel, PowerPoint) and campaign management.
Good working knowledge of SEO, SEM and web analytics to evaluate online web traffic.
5. Creative: constantly find new ideas to communicate and reach e-Marketing targets.
Analytical: select the most efficient ways and tools to drive traffic, visibility, and sales. Analyze past campaigns, pros and cons, successes and failures.
Conceptual: strategize campaigns to meet the internet manager's objectives.
Project leader: able to coordinate projects, meet deadlines in a timely way and take quick action when dealing with emergency.
Fast learner, able to work with an unprompted follow-through and cope with high pressure.
Good team player, as part of the internet team even though he depends on a different department.
Diligent and detail-oriented: able to stay within a budget.
6. Candidates with previous experience in a digital marketing or communication agency.
