职位描述
To oversee the Marketing Department ensuring the image of the Centre, internally and externally is delivered as per the agreed positioning.
管理推广企划部门,根据公司品牌定位确保公司品牌形象
(1) To prepare an annual marketing business plan and budget;
制定年度行销业务计划及业务预算;
(2) To oversee the development of an annual events calendar incorporating seasonal and tenant related events for a 12 month period;
监督年度行销活动计划的发展,包含季节性的,与租户厂商相关的活动;
(3) To coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.;
协调运作各种维持并增加销量的活动方案,如广告,促销,人员销售,公共宣传,社区关系,特别促销方案等;
(4) To develop and foster relationships amongst the tenants to promote marketing activities and promotions;
发展维护与租户厂商之间良好的关系,以推广行销活动及促销方案;
(5) To review regularly internal promotion pieces for visual effect and ensure they conform with brand standards;
定期检阅商场内促销活动的视觉效果展示品以确保符合品牌标准;
(6) To gain positive exposure for the retail center in all areas of media;
在所有的媒体为商场争取正面曝光的机会;
(7) To always be up to date on all competitors within the Shanghai area;
随时掌握上海竞争对手的最新动态;
(8) To investigate potential markets by:
-Analyzing guest buying behaviors
-Studying guest questionnaires
-Reviewing government statistics on visitors to the city
-Analyzing competition's sales/promotion efforts;
藉由以下方式来调查潜在市场:
-分析顾客购买行为
-研究顾客问卷调查
-审视有关来访旅客的官方统计数据
-分析竞争对手的销售促销手法;
(9) To review regularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the shopping center in the local and national media;
定期审阅公关活动以确保在本地及全国的媒体拥有高知名度;
(10) To develop marketing activities that attract the right customer driving retailers sales and customer traffic to the retail center at all times;
发展行销活动,以时时刻刻吸引合适的消费者为商场带来销售业绩;
(11) To ensure that the marketing budget is controlled and does not exceed the agreed annual budget;
确保预算成本的控制及优化。
(12) To write and keep current all standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for the marketing team;
撰写行销企划部门之标准作业流程并持续更新;
(13) To provide training to the team when and where required;
提供本部门人员适时适地必要的培训;
(14) To grow and develop the marketing team;
带领团队成长;
(15) To oversee all collection of customer traffic data and provide analysis on a regular basis (weekly/monthly) to the General Manager;
监督所有客户业务资料,并按周/月提供总经理分析报告;
(16) To provide regular weekly and monthly marketing reports to the General Manager;
定期提供总经理行销周报及月报;
(17) To assist the General Manager in identifying any required center improvements;
协助总经理明确商场必要的改善计划;
(18) To always conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.

- Marketing Bachelor degree or above in a similar discipline
市场营销或相关专业本科及以上。
- Budgeting and Cost Control / Visual Communication / Integrated Marketing Planning / Market Analysis / Media Operation
预算和成本控制/视觉传达/整合行销企划/市场分析/媒体操作
- Word/Excel/PPT/Access/Outlook, etc.
微软Word/Excel/PPT/Access/Outlook等
- High level of communication in both written and oral skills(Chinese& English), public speaking skills, ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, creativity, constructive problem solving, ability to negotiate with suppliers, etc.

- At least 5-8 years in retail shopping center or department store as marketing Director.
