Overall Aim of the Job (Mission):
Assist housekeeping supervisor to coordinate and manage resources to provide good cleanliness, hygiene and greenery environment during daily operation and future refurbishment phase for our customers, shoppers and co-workers in Beijing Shopping Centre. 协助保洁主管在营业期间的日常运营以及二次装修阶段,合理整合和管理各种资源,为北京购物中心的顾客和同事提供整洁、卫生、绿色的环境。
Responsibilities 岗位职责
-Assist housekeeping supervisor to provide good cleanliness, hygiene and greenery environment during daily operation and future refurbishment phase for our customers, shoppers and co-workers in Beijing Shopping Centre. 协助保洁主管在商场营业期间的日常运营以及二次装修阶段合理整合和管理各种资源,为北京购物中心的顾客和同事提供整洁、卫生、绿色的环境。
-Assist to manage outsourced housekeeping service including but not limited to cleanliness/ refuse collection/ waste management/ pest control/ landscaping etc.协助管理外包保洁服务,包括但不仅限于清洁/垃圾回收/垃圾管理/害虫控制/绿化等。
-Assist housekeeping supervisor to manage outsourced housekeeping service contractors to ensure service quality and can provide recovery support during emergency .协助保洁主管管理外包保洁公司确保外包公司的服务质量,并能够在紧急情况下提供恢复支持。
-Support to prepare the outsourced housekeeping contracts and define the scope of work and performance standard. Assist to establish and execution of housekeeping standard monitoring system. So to improve the outsourced housekeeping competency to meet shopping centre management expectation.协助拟写保洁外包合同,规定工作范围和操作标准,以此作为日常运营中类似合同的范本,并协助建立和执行保洁标准控制系统,以提高外包公司保洁服务能力以满足购物中心管理的要求。
-Assist to communicate and coordinate with relevant housekeeping government Bureaus, e.g. Urban Management Bureau and Environmental Bureau.协助沟通与协调相关的政府部门,比如:城管部门和环保局。
-Assist tenants in their permit application via provide advisory support to tenants and establish good communication relationship with the relevant authority. 协助租户在办理相关政府批文时,提供积极的质询服务。
-Any tasks assigned by Beijing shopping centre Operations. 北京购物中心运营部发布的其他任务。
Qualifications 任职资格
-College Degree大专学历。
-3+ years of solid experience in shopping centre housekeeping operation management. Familiar with housekeeping operational process. 3年以上购物中心保洁运营管理经验;熟悉保洁运营流程。
-1+ year in management position, working for cleaning contractor side is a must. 1年以上保洁承包商方面的管理职位是必须的。
-Strong leadership and people management skills. 较强的领导能力和人员管理能力。
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.较强的分析和解决问题能力。
-Good planning and execution capability.良好的计划与执行能力。
-Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的人际交往与沟通能力。
-Familiar with office software. 熟悉办公室操作软件。
-Basic English reading and written skill, oral English skill will be preferred. 具备基本的英语读写能力,如具备口语沟通能力者将优先考虑。
