BUSINESS TITLE: Marcom Assistant 市场助理
REPORT TO: SMT Marketing Communications Manager China
WORK LOCATION: Xinzhuang, Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the successful execution of marketing communication projects within greater china
2.Supports the project leaders within the respective exhibition, media or creative projects
3.Responsible for managing the printed matter for SMT - Stock replenishment and translation
4.Responsible for updating of the local SMT China intranet
5.Responsible for developing copy text as required for news and articles
6.Work with local third party agencies as required
7.Responsibly for cost control of marketing projects where third parties are used
8.Be an active spokesperson and support in building competence within the organization on the ways of working with marketing communications at SMT
9.Support in the identification and analysis of new ways of working with marketing communication to reach communication objectives
10.Support in developing marketing intelligence in relation to competitor marketing strategy and Sandvik’s brand position. 11.Ensuring trademarks and communication guidelines are followed and implemented

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor degree with a communications/marketing/journalism related major or relevant work experience in a PR / media / marketing agency where they were given responsibility for technical copywriting, translations and publishing of material. 2.Engineering or metallurgical background advantageous
3.Fluency in English
4.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing communications function
5.Experience in working with exhibitions, media support
6.Experience in PR/media/marketing agency with experience in technical copywriting
7.Experience with managing 3rd parties
8.Technical translation experience
