SUMMARY
This position is responsible to help develop and maintain high-level relationship with strategy hospitals. Develop and update account plans for strategic accounts. Coordinate functional resource among different strategy hospitals to ensure the resource allocation effectively
Responsibility
Collect SA hospital information from sales reps and develop/update Account Card accordingly.Develop SA hospital attack plan together with BU sales team at quarterly basis, track the implimentation progress monthly and make necessary changes of SA hospital attack plan.New account approch, new account management and provide support to tendering and GA.Routine management, work out strategy and action plan, secure and increase market share, achieve revenue targets and maximum profitability.Resource allocation coordination among supply chain, marketing, Med Ed and other functions for SA hospital account.Business target set up, strategy implementations, SA hospital whole solution desgin according to SA hospitals's needs at annual basis.Coordinate with BU sales team to manage relationship with SA hospitals.
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, medical or pharmacy related major preferred
2.At least 5 years sales or marketing experience in medical devices/pharmaceutical industry, SA management experience preferred
3.Good strategic thinking and outstanding planning and analytical skills;
Client relationship management experience
High cross-funtional resource coordination capability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Existing KOL/SA relationship preferred
4. Good command of English, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook required. Microsoft Visio and Project preferred.
