SUMMARY
Responsible for leading, managing & developing technically, commercially and organizationally complex tenders and Reimbursement for ASD division.

Drive the production of all other estimates and thoroughly review with the allocated tender team
Manage the collation of tender assumptions
Ensure that costs put forward by EA are reasonable and approved for use.
Energy and commitment to maintain the effectiveness of the tendering and reimbursement operation

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Job Functions
- Acquire a thorough understanding of tender process and the internal and external clients requirements and preparation & submission of tender & prequalification document
- Examine in detail the technical and commercial documents to ensure a success rate
- Manage the collation of tender queries and post tender queries and distribution of responses
- Management of bid&reimbursement teams & effective control of budget, ensuring adherence to internal business and external strategies
- Contribute to bid/no bid decisions and Work with the RSM and SA in winning bid strategies
- Influencing - gaining agreement of stakeholders and liaison with clients and subcontractors.


REQUIREMENTS
Travel Domestic - Up to 10%
Education bachelor and above
Experience 3 year+ tender and reimbursement in healthcare
