Role Summary/Purpose

The Global Operations – HR, Country Center Leader will lead the overall transaction piece of HR Operations and Payroll and Benefits in the center dedicated to specific country, including owners the day-to-day service delivery to centralized piece of work in the center, enterprise standards execution for dedicated country and partner closely with HRMs and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and service excellence.


Essential Responsibilities 

Partner closely with GO – Country Leader to drive HR Operations and Payroll& Benefits compliance, productivity and efficiency in the Center for dedicated countries.
Work with GO project team and GO- HR Transition Leaders to ensure the successful transition of new activities and businesses into/out of GO HR leveraging the center/country strategy.
Responsible for HR Operations and Payroll& Benefits operational oversight for dedicated counties to ensure robust, accurate and timely delivery services to GE people. Drive operational performance through strong people leadership, business partner relationship management and operational rigor.
Build robust controls in the process/operation to ensure HR Operations and Payroll& Benefits processes/operations are in compliance with relevant region, country and local regulatory laws.
Responsible for communication and change management of HR Operations and Payroll& Benefits system/process improvement initiatives for dedicated country. Ensure simplification efforts are fully aligned with Global Operations initiatives & enterprise standards.
Implement Enterprise Standards with appropriate prioritization in country. Collaborate with multiple HR, Finance and GE Business teams on continuously improvement of wing-to-wing process streamline, standardization and digitization. Identify & deliver on opportunities for maximizing effectiveness and productivity.
Lead and drive key stakeholder engagement through a transparent operating rhythm which leveraging operation metrics, sharing GO HR service performance/ value proposition. Ensure deep understanding of key stakeholder expectations by implementation service strategy for dedicated country.
External and internal benchmarking of allocated performance, service and process initiatives and delivery of resulting actions for the organization
Maintain an appropriate and up-to-date contingency and business continuity plan. Manage budget to drive continued cost reductions, including vendor delivery. Ensure all Op Plan targets are achieved
Provide coaching, advices, motivation and supports to team members. Building a high performing team and creating an environment of continuous learning, driving service excellence culture.
Drive team engagement and responsible for people development with strong planning disciplines in place to ensure the organization is appropriately aligned, resourced and skilled to deliver on the organizational strategy, goals & metrics.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in HR, finance and/or operations/service-oriented environment
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Leadership experience in a complex customer services orientated operational environment
• Demonstrated effective project management and implementation of business change initiatives achieving service excellence objectives and simplification deliverables.
• Fluency in the local language and English, with professional verbal & written communication skills
• Solid analytical skills and process mindset, including the proven ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong presentation and status reporting skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements into an ongoing operational framework.
