This is a Key Position in Great China organization, and directly to be responsible for Quality activities, and the standard package will be from about RMB 40K~60K/month, and both local and foreign applicants are welcome! Main Responsibilities:
？ Be the quality focal point for supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance of sourcing Home Appliances products; work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements;
？ Set up Quality team, train and supervise their work;
？ Implementing of company internal quality management system;
？ Setting the targets of quality to achievement top satisfaction of customer;
？ Be responsible within the scope, for new projects and to ensure the FEMA, APQP process, and PPAP;
？ Responsible for making annual quality cost budget;
？ To evaluate of accrued cost for defective work and to implement the correction;
？ To ensure permanent researching the quality system through audit analyzing;
？ Implementing the actions for development and improvement the quality by the supplier;
？ Organize continuous supplier development in light of quality;
？ Management the work in plant to obtain the certification of ISO14000, TS16949, and other certification needs by plant;

General Requirements
- Excellent Quality Management experience in the field of Automotive industry, and other related domains;
- Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering or MBA is preferred;
- > 5-8 years related managerial working experience with good reputation and leadership in Automobile industry;
- People management leadership a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, German or Japanese is a plus;
- Must be passionate and driven for results. A good team player.
