Responsibility:

1. Provide the technical advice and support to end users regarding the use of computer hardware and software, perform routine installs, modify and make minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems.
2. Investigate and research solutions for computer and hardware problems.
3. Responsible for the installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers and scanners
4. Responsible for enduring the timely process through which problems are controlled.
5. Follows established guidelines for escalating problems to the proper and/or more experienced personnel.
6. Additional duties as assigned. To perform administrative duties and assist in other IT related projects in IT department, as when required.
7. Provide IT knowledge training for internal end users.

Requirement:

1. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. As least 2 years IT support working experience.
3. Organized and detail-oriented;
4. Be able to handle multiple tasks and good communication skills;
5. Problem solving skill, can work under pressure.
6. Fluent in English.
