Due to our continued fast expansion in Asia, we are now recruiting Research Analysts in our Beijing office. Work under the guidance of Project Managers, your main duties and responsibilities include:

因在亚洲地区的不断扩张，公司目前在北京地区招聘市场调研员。在项目经理的指导下，任职人的主要工作职责如下：

Key Responsibilities 主要工作内容:
- Conduct telephone or field interviews to gather primary market/business information
进行电话采访或面访形式获取第一手市场信息
- Conduct secondary research through the internet or library etc to collect necessary market information
通过网络，图书馆等途径进行二手资料的查询已获取需求的市场信息
- Write interview and research summary in a logical manner
有逻辑地写访问和调查资料的总结
- Assist Project Manager to write project reports and conduct analysis
协助项目经理写项目报告及进行总结

Job requirements: 职位要求:
- Bachelor’s degree above, preferable major in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biological Sciences or equivalent technical or business field
大学本科学历，最好有药学，医药工程，生物工程等相关专业背景
- Previous experience of conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews
有电话采访或面访经验者优先考虑
- Can conduct research independently
能独立查找资料
- Excellent communication skills and is able to work under pressure
良好的沟通应变技巧及承担压力的能力
- Familiar with Office Applications, particularly Powerpoint and Excel
对office软件熟练应用，尤其是Powerpoint 和Excel
- Methodical and can summarize own work
思路清晰，对自己做的工作有总结能力
- Fluency in English
精通英语
