岗位职责:
1、 跟踪业务报表、分析业务数据，了解公司经营信息，发现公司日常运营中存在的问题；
2、 通过数据分析、到营业部调研数据，解决公司经营中的问题，为领导决策提供有效建议；
3、 跟踪公司的业绩达成情况，及时反馈公司业务计划达成中出现的问题，并做出整改建议；
4、 督导公司的经营计划目标的达成；
5、 组织业务经验交流会、研讨会，帮助业务团队提炼业务工作经验、解决工作中遇到的问题；
6、 培养团队自身解决问题的能力。
任职资格：
1、 金融、经济、管理、法学等相关学历；
2、 1-2年同行业相关工作经验；
3、 具备良好的沟通能力、组织能力、数据分析能力、销售管理能力；
4、 熟练使用计算机相关办公软件及其他基础办公设备；
5、具有较强的观察能力，较好的逻辑分析能力和较强的风险管理能力，善于沟通，较好的口头和书面表达能力，具有较强的抗压能力。
