BUSINESS TITLE: Marcom Project leader 市场项目负责人（创意主管）
REPORT TO: SMT Marketing Communications Manager China
WORK LOCATION: Xinzhuang, Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the adaptation and development of a marketing communications concept for SMT China
2. Support in the identification, analysis and prioritization of third parties to support the execution of the marketing strategy.
3. Responsible for the execution and reporting of the results of the annual marketing communications (creative) plan or projects
4. Responsible for the adaptation and design of print and electronic forms of marketing material - brochures, ads, web banners, emarketing
5. Responsible for leading the project management (design, execution and follow up) of creative projects.
6. Responsible for incorporating the stakeholders of an exhibition into the planning and execution of creative projects (sales, marcom project leaders, 3rd parties)
7. Be responsible for leading or supporting as a team member in marketing communications projects
8. Manage the local third party agencies - creative and advertising partners
9. Working closely with purchasing origination on the development of supply agreements for all third parties
10. Responsible for content implementation / adaptation for global developed marketing material within the China market
11. Be responsible for identifying and developing content to support the SMT communication concept

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree with a graphic design/communications/marketing related major or relevant work experience in a creative / advertising agency where they were given responsibility for designing and publishing print and electronic media.
2. Fluency in English
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing communications function
4. Management of marketing communication projects
5. Experience in creative agency or advertising agency with responsibility for design and publishing of print and electronic media
6. Project managing all aspects of creative projects
7. Experience with managing 3rd parties
8. Experience in a professional purchasing environment
9. Experience in establishing relationships directly with exhibition organizers
