职位描述
岗位职责：
1、根据项目需求进行建模以及场景、动作、灯光三维设计制作；
2、能独立完成项目所需设计方案，了解材料及施工结构细节；
3、有良好的空间感与色彩感觉，熟练掌握各种建模、渲染及表现技法；
4、良好的识图能力，能根据物体照片完成场景的构建工作；
5、能够充分理解客户的意图，有良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
6、具备独立解决问题的能力，对上级安排的工作能有效的实施并完成。
任职要求：
1、美术或3D设计相关专业；
2、擅长和热爱舞美设计，对作品精益求精；
3、熟悉三维模型建模规则及优化、掌握3DMAX 、Photoshop 等设计软件，对空间利用及划分比较有创意；
4、具备较深的美术功底、良好的美学素质、创意构思能力和优异的综合视觉把握能力；
5、具有敬业精神和团队合作精神，有良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力，做过会展等大型项目的优先考虑。
