Your Profile:
Knowles Electronics is looking for an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Business Analyst. This position combines business knowledge and an understanding of the inner-workings and configuration options of multiple Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules. You have an understanding for business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and you recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:
? Business process support including recommending business process improvements and design processes related including design and solution mapping based on Oracle ERP
? Project mgmt including Develop design documents, Create and maintain system documentation, Conduct user acceptance testing and user training
? Elevate issues and concerns to the USA based global Manager of Oracle Supply Chain Systems Support
? Administer Oracle ERP functions, production support for customer service, shipping, production, planning, purchasing, inventory management, engineering teams regarding item master, Order management support for finance teams, sales & marketing teams. Prioritize and support process change requests.
? Oracle configuration and setup for order management, shipping, purchasing, inventory, WIP and item, Oracle customer pricing support to finance, customer service and sales , Production line setup support, Reporting requirements support

Your Profile:
? Supply chain and manufacturing experience, Oracle application experience within Oracle e business suite
? Expertise with configuration and setups for Oracle Supply Chain modules
? Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to train and teach other including strong presentation and interpersonal skills
? Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
? Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
? Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, effectively in a multi-cultural environment, and to lead and influence cross organizationally with and without direct authority
