Responsibilities:
· All front of house service levels on a day-to-day basis
· Supervise service and conduct on-the-job training and disciplining as required to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
· Assist manager to manage staff rosters and maintain staff records
· Maintain costs to establishment
· Ensure strong teamwork demonstrated by staff in all areas of the café, bar, lounge areas
· Take active part in supervising guest services
· Interact with guests
· Quality control checking -staff presentation, food and environment
· Team and self exceed staff expectations to ensure guests receive immediate attention in a relaxed atmosphere
· Professionally handle customer issues and report all issues to manager
Education:
Degree in hospitality or business
Food Safety management certification

Work Experience & Skills
· 3 years proven experience in similar role
· Able to demonstrate:-
o Proven ability to excel at customer service and manage staff to required standard as this is a KPI of the role
o Experience and passion for coffee will be an advantage
o Organisational skills and time efficiency
o Works well under pressure and time constraints
o Knowledge of bar service and products
o Problem-solving skills
Able to identify, develop and maintain establishment policies and procedures
