Position: Assistang Finance Manager

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience in finance area of a public company, sarbanes-oxley or big 4 accounting firm a plus
2.Experience with SAP is a definite advantage
3.Good communication, coordination, a strong sense of responsibility, and very independent, willing to learn and willing to do;
4.Strong analysis, problem solving skills, clear thinking, consider carefully;
5.Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting
6.Financial analysis experience preferred
7.Good at English
8.CPA preferred


Responsibilities:
1.To prepare/montior the month-end closing
2.Implement process improvements to reduce finance business process cycle times, improve financial forecast quality, and enhance information provided to leadership for business decisions
3.Develop standard periodic reporting, perform monthly actual budget analysis highlight issue with proposed actions, Deliver month end closing result and variance analysis, explaining the financial performance both consolidation & entity base each month, Outlining the reasons for actual performance variance to Plan, Previous Fcst and Prior Year
4.Work closely with regional finance team to manage monthly financial reporting package requirement and deadlines, Forecasting accuracy and tool sets, standardization of financial processes and metrics Initiate
5.Support ERP implement on critical process of all unit and Manage Hyperion reporting enhancement initiatives as needed
6.To manage and lead the audit program(internal and external audit)
7.Ad hoc and special projects as assigned
